Is my data secure? What permissions do you need?
We use read-only access for your Shopify inventory data (to detect stock changes). For ad accounts, we only request permission to pause/resume campaigns—we cannot access billing, create ads, or modify budgets. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We're SOC 2 Type II compliant.
Which ad platforms do you support?
Currently: Facebook/Meta Ads and Google Ads. TikTok Ads and Pinterest Ads are in beta (request early access). We do NOT support Amazon Ads or Microsoft Ads at this time.
How fast do you pause ads after a product goes OOS?
Average: 15 seconds. The moment Shopify's inventory hits 0, they send us a webhook. We process it, verify the stock level, and make the API call to pause the ad. Most pauses happen before your next ad click.
What if I sell on multiple Shopify stores?
Each Shopify store requires its own subscription. However, you can manage all stores from one AdStockGuard dashboard. Contact sales for multi-store discounts (20% off for 3+ stores).
Can I export my inventory history?
